Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
Aydi Advertising (ABN 34 208 498 977), referred to as "we", "us" or "our", is an Australian performance marketing agency. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose personal information when you visit aydiadvertising.com.au (or aydiadvertising.com) or contact us through our website. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
1. Information we collect
We collect personal information in two main ways.
Information you give us. When you book a strategy call through our booking calendar, we collect your name, email address, business website (if you provide it), a description of what you are looking to achieve, and the date and time you choose. If you email us directly, we also collect your email address and the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed and the website or ad that referred you may be collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 4).
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a strategy call.
- To provide, manage and improve our services.
- To understand how visitors use our website and measure the performance of our own advertising.
- To keep our website secure and prevent spam or abuse.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We will only contact you about your enquiry or our services. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we will.
3. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our website and business, and only as needed for them to do so:
- Cloudflare, which hosts and delivers our website and provides security and performance services.
- Google (including Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Fonts), which provides analytics, advertising measurement and fonts used on our site.
- Calendly, which provides our booking calendar. If you book a call, the details you enter and your chosen time are processed by Calendly and added to our calendar.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram), whose advertising measurement tool (the Meta Pixel) is used on our site.
- Our email provider, which hosts our business email.
We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law.
4. Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies to understand how our website is used and to measure and improve our advertising. This includes Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking and, where enabled, the Meta Pixel. These tools may record that you visited our site, the pages you viewed and whether you submitted our enquiry form.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on, and manage ad personalisation through your Google and Meta account settings. Blocking cookies may affect how some parts of the website work.
5. Overseas disclosure
Some of our service providers, including Cloudflare, Google, Calendly and Meta, store or process information on servers outside Australia, including in the United States. By submitting information through our website, you understand that it may be handled overseas by these providers. We take reasonable steps to use reputable providers with appropriate security practices.
6. Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, including using secure (HTTPS) connections and access-controlled accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, and then delete or de-identify it.
7. Accessing and correcting your information
You can ask to access the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing contact@aydiadvertising.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Questions and complaints
If you have a question or concern about how we handle your personal information, email contact@aydiadvertising.com and we will investigate and respond. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the "last updated" date shown at the top.
